Hitech has been at the forefront of single-seater racing for over a decade, on the national stage, and in prestigious World Championships. We’ve claimed victories and titles in every series we enter. It takes dedication and passion to continue rising in this high-octane environment – and, of course, a relentless will to win.
Hitech wins when our drivers are winning. We exist to help the talent of tomorrow progress from karting, through the single-seater ladder, until they ultimately catch the eye of teams at the highest echelon, in Formula 1. In our relatively young history, some 30 stars of the future have progressed through Hitech, including some of today’s most prominent drivers. George Russell, Paul Aron, and Luke Browning are all Hitech graduates making their mark at the pinnacle of the sport.
At our modern facility adjacent to Silverstone Circuit, we’ve invested in creating a dynamic environment and shaping a winning culture for our team. Our drivers have access to all the facilities and resources to help them develop and progress, including a Formula 1-grade simulator, experienced engineers, technicians, and human performance specialists.
Together, we’re driven by excellence, in every aspect of our operation. Winning isn’t just about crossing the finish line first; it’s about extracting every tenth possible through attention to detail, exceeding our own limits, and a refusal to settle for anything less than our best.
It’s why drivers, and all those who support them, can trust in Hitech’s ability to guide their single-seater career.
A decade in racing is both a lifetime and no time at all. Throughout its young history, Hitech has never stood still; with each new year we’ve had one eye on the current season and the other on what’s next.
The aim was to gain the respect of the single-seater community, and to attract even more of the best young talent from around the world.
It’s precisely the kind of ambition that took our founder from a humble start-up in 2015 into one premier series after another – and from a small racing outfit, to a diverse motorsport operation.

As motorsport evolves, so does Hitech. Our sport is constantly pushing the boundaries, embarking on exciting new eras of each category, and introducing new generations of cars. For us as a team, racing into the future is not just about keeping pace, but looking beyond, at how we shape ourselves to embrace new opportunities and responsibilities.
Democratisation
We believe our sport should be more accessible to young talent and we support the initiatives that are driving its democratisation. Hitech’s 2024 British F4 Champion Deagen Fairclough was the product of a programme designed to create opportunities for aspiring young racers for whom the cost of entry usually poses a significant barrier. Deagen had been karting since the age of five but his only chance to experience single-seaters was at the wheel of a home Sim Racing setup. He entered, and won, the 2022 edition of the ROKiT Racing Star eSports Competition, for which the prize was a fully funded season in British F4. In his second campaign in the series and driving for Hitech, Deagen claimed a record-setting 14 victories and clinched the title in the penultimate round after dominating the season. He not only made British F4 history, he became a torchbearer for the next generation, proving that Sim Racing can be a viable pathway into the sport.
Equality
In 2025, Hitech will join F1 ACADEMY™. The concept of a platform that inspires and supports young girls and women to embark on their motorsport journey is one that we have fundamentally believed in and supported from early on. The opportunity to translate support into positive action by joining F1 Academy is extremely important to us. We share the vision of F1 and FIA and their development goals for the sport. More specifically, we applaud the commitment and determination of CEO Susie Wolff as the force behind the change that the series is driving.
Expanding Our Footprint
2025 also sees Hitech’s debut in the Formula Winter Series. Similar to other Formula 4 series that run through the winter months, Formula Winter Series provides the perfect prelude to championships that run to a more traditional calendar from spring through autumn. It makes the winter a whole lot shorter for drivers waiting to step up from karting to single-seaters, providing them with four rounds of essential racing preparation on the climatically conducive tracks of Portugal and Spain, and creating more spectating opportunities for fans eager to follow their progress as they start to make their mark on single-seater racing.
More than just the drivers, equipping the sport for enduring success relies on training and developing future generations of aerodynamicists, engineers, mechanics and countless other skilled positions. Hitech is continually developing and widening its talent pool for current and future projects and has a progression pathway that mirrors the construct and objectives of the FIA’s own Global Pathway. Our people have progressed through the single-seater ladder themselves with Hitech, which means we have a level of technical capability that is rarely seen in junior racing formulae.
Considering its millions of fans around the globe, sport can be considered one of the most powerful ways to showcase climate action in the fight for people and planet. Hitech shares the desire and determination of the major stakeholders in the sport to accelerate change and proactively contribute to the debate around sustainable practices and innovations. We intend to play our part in adopting and promoting best practice and raising environmental awareness worldwide.
Hitech has embarked on a long-term partnership with Toyota Gazoo Racing, that sees the team’s entrant name across its championships changing to Hitech TGR. The motorsport giant also becomes Hitech’s title sponsor for 2025.
Hitech will work closely with TGR on many topics including Race Programmes and Young Drivers, as well as Toyota’s wider plans for its future motorsport activities. Initially, the focus is on the junior categories.
In the team’s tenth season of racing, we are incredibly proud to have this association and it is another big step forward in Hitech’s progression.
